Number of DePuy ASR Hip Implant Lawsuits Rising

On December 3, 2010 the decision to consolidate the DePuy hip implant recall litigation was made, giving all cases filed in U.S. courts to Judge David A. Katz in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Since then, according to a Conditional Transfer Order filed on December 15, 2010, a further 96 DePuy ASR lawsuits were filed in 34 different federal district courts.
